Job Summary
The Manager of Talent Acquisition oversees daily operations, ensuring efficient, data-driven hiring processes that align with organizational goals. This role optimizes talent acquisition strategies, standardizes processes, and leverages analytics to enhance workforce planning and hiring effectiveness while maintaining compliance. Manages sourcing, marketing, advertising, and vendor relationships, driving innovative talent acquisition initiatives. Additionally, the Manager mentors the team, supports succession planning and talent management, and collaborates with HR and key stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment practices, fostering a culture of excellence and strategic growth.

Pay Range
Minimum $110,094 Midpoint $145,870 Maximum $181,626

Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.

Experience
Requires: Six (6) years of experience with a minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or above experience
Preferred: Healthcare experience.

Education
Required: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Preferred: Master's Degree.

Specialized Skills
Required: Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of leadership, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams. Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and talent acquisition marketing tools, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). In-depth knowledge of state, federal, and local employment laws, including healthcare industry regulations, affirmative action, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) compliance. Proven ability to mentor, develop, and lead high-performing talent acquisition teams while ensuring consistent policy enforcement and operational efficiency. Experience leveraging data analytics, metrics, and process optimization to enhance hiring outcomes and workforce planning. Skilled in managing multiple priorities, resolving complex challenges, and implementing innovative talent acquisition strategies with accuracy and efficiency. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition marketing, social media engagement, advertising, and networking to attract top talent and strengthen employer brand presence. Highly detail-oriented and agile in responding to changing business needs, making sound decisions under pressure, and driving operational excellence in talent acquisition.
