Meta is looking for a Supply Chain Solutions Program Manager to shape the future and lead the technical implementations of the solutions and tools that support the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering group. Supply Chain Solutions Program Manager Responsibilities

  • Program Management: Lead and manage technical implementation programs, with an emphasis on streamlining workflows and building automation. This includes planning, leading, and orchestrating the gathering of business requirements, the development of process flows, the solution design, testing, training and change management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with the operations leads and strategic Subject Matter Experts, to understand their strategic objectives, initiatives, pain points, needs, and business case for transforming their supply chain through tooling.
  • Define success criteria, Key Performance Indicators, and metrics with cross-functional partners to track impact and drive supply chain operations improvements.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Products, Engineering teams and other groups to develop an End-to-End go forward solutions and related tools roadmap and architecture that integrates across Meta, to address the business priorities.
  • Development Cycle: Drive rapid development cycles to build world-class tooling that helps scale Meta's infrastructure.
  • Build consensus and alignment across different business models and stakeholders
  • Provide mentorship and development support for peers, especially in Supply Chain and solutions best practices


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain operations, business transformation, and program management.
  • Automation and Tooling: End-to-end Supply Chain solutions experience, across technology stacks (Custom, and/or off-the-shelf) and software suites (e.g. Oracle, o9 Solutions, Kinaxis, Agile, etc.)
  • Program Management Skills: Experience in defining, managing, implementing and deploying supply chain solutions (process/business models, tooling, management of change) across multiple functions (Planning, Inventory, Order Management/Fulfillment, Supplier Collaboration, Master Data Management) and across high-tech industries. Proactively identify program risks/dependencies/issues and establish action plans for execution.
  • Technical Expertise: Technical background to translate business problems into technical solutions.
  • Proven experience in building business cases and metrics for Programs, based on data analytics and fact-based rationale.
  • Demonstrated partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to define and drive strategy, roadmaps, and programs.
  • Experience executing against strategy and managing through obstacles and ambiguity
  • Communication: Experience with creating and following a structured communication strategy to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process and defining and implementing Program Management Methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).
  • Experience with Six Sigma techniques and tools for process improvement (i.e. DMAIC, Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, etc) and applying principles to Data Center Infrastructure supply chain processes and tools.
  • Certifications: Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or Transformation for Supply Chain (CTSC)

$157,000/year to $218,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.
