Salary range $89k - $95K plus annual bonus.

The Marshes of Skidaway Island is recruiting for a hospitality focused Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team!

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an ADON:

• Responsible for assisting the DON with the overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the Health Center and Assisted Living departments.
• Responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, maintenance of care plans and the medical records of the residents.
• Supervises nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, and evaluation of nursing staff as appropriate.
• Monitors and maintains records regarding infection control training and education

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• RN currently licensed by State of Georgia is required.
• Infection Prevention certification preferred or willingness to become certified upon hire.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• MDS experience
• At least two years' experience in a supervisory role.
• Long term care/memory care experience preferred.
• Ability to take call and work some nights /weekends, and holidays.
