Established 15+ years ago, this DFW based real estate investment and development firm is seeking a Development Director to join their growing team. Anticipating what will drive the commercial marketplace in North Texas, this award-winning firm makes investments accordingly, with ecological and smart-growth principles underpinning their developments.
This role will see you take up a key position in the development team, supporting the Regional Director to complete projects from planning through to delivery.
You will play a critical role in overseeing the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from site acquisition and feasibility studies to project design, construction, and eventual leasing or sale. You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and driving the strategic direction of the development portfolio.
To be successful in this role, you will have gained 15+ years of experience working with a developer having worked on projects in the commercial, industrial, or mixed-use market sectors and demonstrate a proven financial acumen, stakeholder management experience across multi-levels of an organization and a strategic mindset working on complex real estate developments and transactions.
