Job Description

In this role, you will:

Strategic Relationship Building & Engagement:
  • Support Senior Manager, Culture & Engagement (Head of Inclusion Networks)in operationalizing our global and market-based EBNs' programming, operations and development
  • Partner with Senior Manager, Culture & Engagementto coordinate the logistics of system wide EBN training and ongoing engagement
  • Proactively build and cultivate strategic relationships with external partners to enhance the effectiveness and reach of Global Employee Business Networks (EBNs), fostering strategic collaborations and leveraging external expertise
  • Monitor and report industry trends and emerging best practices in inclusion networks to continuously develop and enhance EBN programs, ensuring McDonald's remains at the forefront of inclusion initiatives

Program Management & Operational Support:
  • Support the ongoing operations of EBNs supporting by governing documents and learning guides
  • Support the deployment of global cultural and heritage celebrations by bringing forth tools for markets, ensure alignment to annual calendar and provide standardized branding assets
  • Track EBN membership, events and budget and ensure resources and logistics for all EBN events
  • Manage the experiential engagement at EBN conferences and other events of McDonald's EBNs

Communication, Reporting, & Global Strategy Alignment:
  • Support the EBN global strategy by supporting the growth and expansion of networks across the globe, ensuring and fostering a sense of belonging with diverse communities
  • Create messaging and coordinate with all communication outlets, such as Engage, Teams, etc. to ensure EBN voice is prominently positioned on the platform and stakeholders are always informed
  • Manages the day-to-day operations of the EBN Engage @ MCD tool
  • Analyze and prepare reports as needed for Inclusion leadership team

The expected salary range for this role is $87,050- $108,810 per year

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
  • Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience working in Human Resources, Culture, Engagement, or Inclusion related roles
  • Demonstrated experience managing inclusion initiatives and employee networks in a corporate or global organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital communication platforms (e.g., Engage, Teams).
  • Proven ability to foster relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Expertise in global inclusion programming implementation and employee engagement initiatives
  • Familiarity with the latest inclusion and employee engagement trends and best practices
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to inspire and influence diverse audiences
  • Experience coordinating events, managing logistics, identifying speakers, and developing agendas/materials.
  • Experience creating and managing project plans to support effective implementation of programs and initiatives.
