In this high-profile position, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, monitoring and maintaining a portfolio of enterprise-wide projects to support UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan marketing operations and initiatives. You will be responsible for optimizing complex asset review criteria and creating policies and processes for producing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of marketing assets, coordinating assigned campaigns, and targeted communications to prospects and members. You will develop and coordinate policy or program communications; formulate strategies for education and enforcement. You will research, propose, and apply industry and regulatory best practices. You will serve as a project management liaison between internal and external stakeholders, including UCLA Health Medicare Advantage Plan, UCLA Health Marketing & Communications, UCLA Faculty Practice Group, and vendors. You will track all marketing assets for Compliance and CMS approval. You will collaborate on creative services, content/writing services, website requirements, social media, and video production/editing.

You will manage complex projects by using critical project management thinking skills, including, but not limited to establishing scope of work and project plan, facilitating collaboration and communication between functional groups, managing timelines for project tasks, reporting, ensuring goals are tracked and met, and effectively coordinating activities with the project team. You will lead and direct a wide variety of projects and follow through with all levels of staff and individuals inside and outside the organization. You will plan strategically to reach short and long-term goals of each project and solve problems that may hinder reaching set goals. You will guide and direct planning and develop and present complex proposals on a broad range of issues to include problem identification, costs, benefits and options.

Salary Range: $68,800-$141,000/annually
