Position Overview: A leading pain management group is seeking a full-time, self-motivated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) who is passionate about transforming lives through exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer anesthesia in the form of Propofol, Versed, and Fentanyl for surgical patients.
• Ensure patient comfort during injection procedures.
• Gather, interpret, and record routine pre- and post-operative patient data.
• Monitor and document patients' physiological and pharmacological status.
• Establish multi-parameter monitoring of patients prior to, during, and after anesthesia.
• Adhere to compliant protocols and maintain attention to detail related to patient care and management.
• Work effectively in a growing, dynamic organization.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist program.
• CRNA board-certified.
• Active license to practice in the state of Georgia.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Personable and confident in delivering exceptional patient care.
• Previous experience in pain management or other medical fields is preferred.

Compensation:

• $155-$185/hr for 1099 with an 8-hour guarantee; hourly rate negotiable based on experience and availability.
• A commensurate salary and benefits package is available for W2 employees.
