What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide comprehensive supervision for a team of 1:1 therapists, ensuring the highest quality ABA therapy for clients
- Develop and update individualized treatment plans based on ongoing data collection and client progress
- Conduct regular parent meetings and training sessions to educate families on ABA principles
- Maintain a reasonable BCBA-to-client ratio, allowing for meaningful supervision and client engagement
- Utilize advanced data collection software to inform treatment plans and ensure compliance with insurance requirements
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB or scheduled to sit for the exam within two months
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience in the ABA community is highly valued and will be reflected in your offer
