The team manages a transformation incubator, collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance product capabilities, and leads process re-engineering efforts to optimize efficiency and drive business value, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within a diverse team.

As the Cross-Line of Business (xLOB) Marketing and Product Integration Managing Director on the Performance Marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and managing comprehensive marketing initiatives. You will lead a dynamic team to drive marketing transformation through innovative customer-first opportunities, while managing existing and new workstreams. You will oversee the development and execution of marketing programs that enhance customer engagement, drive digital adoption, and support business growth. Additionally, you will support Agile Product development and delivery for Personalization & Insights (P&I), Audience Integration, and Capabilities development in partnership with the PxT, Digital, and CAMP teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of central, xLOB, and Consumer & Community Banking (CCB)-wide marketing programs.
  • Manage existing marketing initiatives focused on Mobile Marketing and Security & Fraud Education, driving awareness and usage of key channels.
  • Evaluate and implement newly-identified customer-first opportunities to drive marketing transformation.
  • Curate insights and sponsor studies to inform strategic decision-making and go-to-market strategies.
  • Establish and manage a transformation incubator to identify and evaluate new functionalities and business opportunities.
  • Serve as the agile product owner for critical initiatives such as Personalization capabilities and audience management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and ensure successful delivery of product enhancements.
  • Lead efforts to re-engineer processes across lines of business to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions that drive business value.
  • Lead a team comprising multiple verticals and additional employees, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Identify talent gaps and recruit leaders to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in leading marketing programs and teams, with a focus on digital marketing and customer engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive marketing transformation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in data-driven marketing and analytics, with the ability to leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Experience in agile product ownership and process re-engineering.
