The Boeing Company is currently seeking a SAP S/4 User Security & Security Operations Manager to join the SAP S/4 Center of Excellence to manage the User Security and Security Operations team in either Seattle, WA; Kent, WA; Tukwila, WA; St. Louis City, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Dallas, TX; Ridley Park, PA; or Arlington, VA.
The selected candidate will manage key access management, technology controls, resilience, and cybersecurity efforts under the direction of Supply Chain ERP implementation team with the Infrastructure and Boeing Enterprise Security. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our SAP systems. You will be responsible for designing and implementing robust security measures, managing SAP roles, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise will help us maintain a secure and efficient SAP environment that supports our business processes and objectives. The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of industry trends, standards, and proficiency with the latest tools and processes.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage and integrate employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, provide technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manage and provide developmental opportunities for employees
- Manage the operational, technological, and legal risks associated with the business
- Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations with a focus on SAP S/4 FIORI and S4 HANA to meet business needs and compliance requirements
- Lead the implementation of SAP Control Panel GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) modules, including Access Control, Process Control, Risk Management and Fire Fighter Provisioning
- Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP security policies, procedures, and role designs
- Provide expert guidance on SAP user security best practices, risk management, and compliance strategies
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage inherent risks in our system and promote a risk-mitigating culture
- Drive transparent, quantifiable, and long-lasting control improvements by working together with the audit, compliance, business control management, and technology teams
- Partner strategically with other internal teams and external stakeholders to design, adopt, and integrate appropriate controls, deliver consistent processes and solutions, and promote control automation

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
- 5+ years of experience within information technology
- 5+ years of experience with SAP architecture
- 5+ years of experience as a SAP security specialist
- Able to travel both domestically and internationally
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Certifications in SAP related technologies
- 5+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization
- 5+ years of experience using Information Technology (IT) systems
- Experience with Cloud security including Cybersecurity, Encryption, and Key Management
