What you'll get

What you'll do

This role will fully own the buildout and day-to-day management of Rilla's accounting operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and work across a wide range of critical financial systems and processes, including:
  • Month-end close
  • Corporate tax management
  • Subscription billing and revenue recognition
  • Accounts payable and invoice reconciliation
  • Cash collection and churn tracking
  • Sales tax compliance and state registrations
  • Corporate credit card and commercial insurance management
  • Benefits administration and support for our growing team


What we need
  • 2+ years of experience at an accounting firm (ideally with SaaS clients)
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting practices
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks AND NetSuite
  • Advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management
  • An EXTREMELY HIGH degree of intellectual curiosity and a love for solving complex problems
  • CPA certification and a degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to roll up sleeves and work hands-on in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
