Senior QA Analyst
Fujitsu is seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join an ongoing project to develop a new application for our client. This individual must be a self-starter and work well within an Agile team.
Responsibilities:
- Testing: Collaborate with a cross-functional Agile team to test both the application front-end and APIs.
- Client Interaction: Work directly with the client and follow their direction as appropriate.
- Analysis: Think beyond immediate solutions to identify all impacts and risks.
- Review: Analyze business and technical specifications.
- Test Plans: Create quality test plans and both manual and automated scripts.
- Execution: Execute test scripts and review results.
- Reporting: Document technical issues and report bugs to developers.
- Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting issues.
Mandatory Skills:
- Automated Test Scripts: Minimum 5 years of experience in building and executing automated test scripts.
- Testing Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in regression, system, integration, and exploratory testing.
- User Acceptance Testing: Minimum 3 years of experience working with end users to assist with User Acceptance Testing.
- Tools: Minimum 2 years of experience developing automated test scripts using tools like Cypress, Playwright, and/or Junit.
- Agile Team: Minimum 2 years of experience working within an Agile team.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work with minimal supervision after training.
- Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a remote team.
- Quality Mindset: A quality-oriented mindset and approach.
- Team Environment: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Issue Identification: Ability to identify issues and risks, as well as quality and scope deviations.
Desirable Skills:
- Usability and Compatibility Testing: Experience with usability and compatibility testing.
- Public Sector: Experience working with the public sector.
