Manager, Global eCommerce Deployment

The Global eCommerce Deployment Manager will be responsible for managing and driving incremental sales through the digital platform and ensuring achievement of annual targets in terms of revenue and driving adoption across AGCOs distribution partners.

Your Impact

• Managing the rolling out of our new e-commerce platform selling replacement parts for AGCO branded machinery globally. Manage a team of 4 people: Each responsible of the delivery in their core markets across Europe, North and South America and the rest of the globe.

• Coordinate with leadership, digital, marketing and commercial teams on goals and actions to deliver new and incremental ecommerce business.

• Support AGCO's dealer network in growing and adopting eCommerce as a core pillar of their overall parts business.

• Increasing the digital visibility of our group and brands through this platform and drive the sales performance of our products through this channel.

• Define market online strategy globally and feature requirements to improve end customer experience and increase customer loyalty and retention. Schedule and facilitate project team meetings to ensure that project goals are understood, action items are clear, and meetings are productive and efficient.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field

• 5+ years of experience with project management, strategy development and digital content. 3+ years' experience in e-commerce either in a B2C or B2B environment and preferably in the manufacturing industry or with an Original Equipment Manufacturer.

• Experience driving change within an organization, ideally working leading a digital transformation program with the implementation of global e-commerce platforms.

• Global working experience working with other regions. Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce, JIRA, Azure DevOps Services (formerly called Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS).

• Possess an understanding of e-commerce frameworks and ideally you have worked on SAP commerce (Hybris) or equivalent commerce platform. A knowledge of the agricultural field would be a plus.

Your Compensation

This position will be within the range of 72000-147381, based on experience. This position is eligible for a sales incentive plan.
