You work seamlessly with service contractors, associates, guests, and fellow Facilities managers, ensuring that every property under your care runs smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Proven career growth in hotel maintenance roles.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience.
  • 2+ years of multi-unit experience or equivalent in a large, complex operation.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in budget management and cost control.
  • Expertise in record-keeping systems, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ability to create detailed reports, layouts, and written instructions following safety and fire codes.
  • Availability for swing shifts, long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits and training.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Office 365 and hotel budgeting software.
  • Exceptional leadership & coaching skills-capable of motivating and inspiring teams.


Essential Responsibilities
  • Quality Control: Ensure all maintenance work meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Procurement & Budgeting: Manage purchasing of tools, equipment, and supplies.
  • Leadership & Development: Hire, train, and mentor staff while fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, adapting to shifting priorities with ease.
  • Crisis Response: Serve as an on-call manager (24/7 on rotation) for emergency facility needs.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Ensure guest and associate needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Oversee landscaping, irrigation, snow removal, and Oregon pesticide compliance.


Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Oregon Pesticide License (can be obtained post-employment).
  • Physical Readiness: Ability to lift 50 lbs, walk up/down stairs, and sit/stand for extended periods.
  • Full-Time Position (40 hours/week) - Benefits Eligible.
