Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM
Compensation:$90,000-$100,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients recovering from orthopedic injuries or surgeries.
- Work one-on-one with patients to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including orthopedic surgeons, referring providers, and fellow rehab professionals.
- Document treatments and patient progress in our user-friendly EMR system.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited program
- Active Florida PT license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong foundation in orthopedic clinical skills and a willingness to grow
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with a genuine desire to make a difference
- Interest in ongoing education, professional development, and specialization (e.g., manual therapy certification, dry needling, sports rehab)
