Organizational Relationships
A. Line:
- Responsible to the Chief Information Officer for successful performance of assigned duties.
- Responsible for the Succerssful Maintenance of gaming applications and processes.
B. Team:
- Collaborates with other Casino departments on projects or tasks related to the business to ensure quality and efficent products are delivered.
Specific Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide Subject Matter Expertise for business functions or configuration of application systems environments in the Live Casino & Hotel Application suite.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users.
- Assess and analyze existing processes and data to identify improvement opportunities and present findings to stakeholders for discussion.
- Act as a representative of Technology Services to internal and external customers.
- Debug production reported issues and suggest manual workarounds.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

- Demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial data, casino procedures, company and promotions and policies.
- Through various oral and written reports to the Chief Information Officer.
- Through positive feedback collected from surveys, focus groups, etc.

Skills to Help You Succeed:
- Reporting directly to the CIO, lead a team of resources including Business Analyst, System Analysts, and Technical specialists.
- Lead support and/or modification of gaming and non-gaming systems; familiarity with Aristocrat Oasis and Loyalty systems a plus.
- Knowledge of third-party systems that integrate with the Casino Management System (e.g. Micros POS, Infor HMS, Newave, MGT, Atrient, etc.)
- Develop and ensure all change management policies and procedures are adhered to with regards to auditable new development and bug fix life cycles
- Ensures that systems meet the needs of the user community by partnering with the business owners and vendors
- Facilitate the prioritization of projects and requirements among competing business interests.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
- Understand interdependencies of business systems used within the organization.
- Responsible for technology projects related to gaming and non-gaming systems and services for the organization
- Contribute to overall strategic direction, and alignment of IT to meet the strategic, business, and customer's (both internal and external) needs
- Maintain relationships with systems and services partners
- Wide range of hardware and software knowledge.
- Proven experience with Gaming systems, POS and ERP Systems.
- Good understanding of Network and System Security.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to act by oneself without direction from others; to anticipate and develop solutions to problems, without the aid of others when necessary, for assigned projects.
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines in an interruptive work environment
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming license in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- Bachelors or Higher degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related fields required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Casino gaming experience required.
- Minimum of (10) ten years' experience in the IT industry with at least five years managing applications and systems for hotels or gaming resorts.
- 5+ years' experience with Customer/Marketing Applications; including Websites, Loyalty Systems, Customer Relationship Management, and/or Campaign Management.
- Agile experience preferred.
- Solid problem-solving skills as well as demonstrated analytical abilities.
- Strong skills in Microsoft OS and SQL Servers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact with employees at multiple levels of the organization
