The Boeing Company's Human Resources (HR) organization is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Service Integrator to join our Worklife team. Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Associate and Experienced Level specialists to find the best fit for this position.

This role can be based in Tukwila, WA; Auburn, WA; North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; Huntington Beach, CA; Long Beach, CA; Seal Beach, CA; Oklahoma City, OK; San Antonio, TX; Chicago, IL; Huntsville, AL; Titusville, FL; Jacksonville, FL; Arlington, VA; Ridley Park, PA or Hazelwood, MO.

This role provides global support to employees and HR partners by facilitating the timely and effective resolution of a broad range of HR inquiries, primarily through the Worklife and ServiceNow platforms. This is an opportunity to support the HR function's objective to provide world class HR service. We welcome applications from both associate and experienced professionals. Position Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Worklife and ServiceNow platforms to manage and resolve employee inquiries and issues effectively
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for HR partners and leaders on complex issues ensuring timely and accurate resolution to employees
  • Determine when high touch interaction with employees is needed for resolution and closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including vendors to identify and implement process improvements that enhance service delivery
  • Provide guidance to HR partners and employees on navigating the Worklife and ServiceNow platforms to facilitate issue resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to provide accurate support
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for employees, ensuring their concerns are addressed with sensitivity and care


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience do you have in a customer service role
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and/or contributing to processes, policies, and procedures
  • 1+ years of experience advising leaders and employees on sensitive and challenging topics that could be uncomfortable
  • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in HR service delivery
  • Experience with Worklife and ServiceNow platforms
  • Experience with Workday
  • Experience handling sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $60,350 - $93,150
Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $73,950 - $116,150
