Summary:
We're looking for a sharp, versatile, and execution-minded Strategy Consultant to work directly with the Head of Strategy and Analytics for our Digital organization. This role will act as a true right hand-helping to develop, articulate, and execute the strategies that shape our digital future as we build a new consumer facing mobile application.
This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable flexing across strategy development, business case modeling, executive communications, and program execution. You'll be a key player in defining and advancing strategic initiatives across digital banking, helping lead strategic partnerships, and ensuring organizational alignment through communication and operating rhythms.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Partner closely with the Head of Strategy and Analytics and key business partners to define and drive the digital strategic roadmap.
Create business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations to support new initiatives or key decisions.
Coordinate and advance strategic partnerships, from early ideation through business case development and implementation.
Executive Enablement
Prepare high-impact presentations and briefings for executive stakeholders, including report-outs, board materials, and strategy updates.
Build and maintain core communication tools like all-hands decks, quarterly business reviews, and leadership readouts.
Operating Cadence & Organizational Enablement
Help drive alignment across product, design, engineering, risk, and other functions through streamlined operating rhythms.
Identify and fill strategic gaps or opportunities in how we operate, track progress, or make decisions.
Qualifications:
Required:
4-7+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, or digital strategy roles-ideally in banking, fintech, or tech.
Proven ability to turn ambiguity into structure and create crisp, compelling executive materials.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (business cases, sensitivity models, etc.) and PowerPoint (strategy decks, storytelling).
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working in or with financial institutions, especially in digital, payments, or fintech environments.
Familiarity with digital product strategy and customer experience.
Background in strategy, partnerships, or enterprise program management a plus.
