What you will do
The Senior Manager - Marketing Finance is responsible for partnering with business units and Canada cross functional team providing financial leadership in shaping and achieving financial goals for Canada. Preparing long term business plans and monthly forecast updates, enhancing current practices, ensuring financial compliance, and presenting key presentations to senior management:
Key Responsibilities
Lead long term financial planning and monthly Business Reviews for Canada
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness while managing budget and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI
Analyze and communicate monthly and quarterly Canada financial results and commentary to the Kenvue Leadership Team and Investor Relations in support of Quarterly Earnings Releases
Collaborate with finance team and Canada Leadership Team to analyze financial data and make strategic business decisions
The position has a staff of 6 direct reports, as well as 10-15 indirect/dotted line staff in sales finance as well as support from numerous share services (Supply Chain, Fin. Ops, etc.)
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and financial performance
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success of marketing and financial initiatives
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business objectives and drive organizational excellence
Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring financial processes and systems follow worldwide procedures
Partner with business units to prioritize resources and drive accountability throughout the organization
Prepare and present key presentation packages for senior management.
Enhance current practices and develop new solutions and strategies to strengthen financial knowledge and operating performance
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. CPA, CMA, MBA preferred
10+ years of Finance/Accounting work experience with 10+ years at the Finance Management level preferred
Excellent analytical skills, superior communication, business partnering, problem solving, and prioritization skills
Strong people development skills required as individual is expected to be key driver of Finance organizational initiatives across the Canada business
Desired Qualifications
Ability to succeed in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and across all levels of the organization needed.
Self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership, ability to work with senior management, people management and development skills
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to think creatively and outside the box to drive innovation
High potential, high performing individual with a proven track record of delivering results and successfully influencing business partners
