Responsibilities
- Develop and implement service strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and rollout of all company training materials, guides, and documentation.
- Develop safety materials and drive a culture of safety.
- Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and increased effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure service protocols align with overall company operations.
- Prepare and present service trends and forecasts to the executive team.
- Train and develop Branch Managers and Field Leaders to become competent and effective leaders.
- Ensure consistent execution of service protocols in the field through in-person visits, branch audits, and targeted training sessions (delivered both in person and via the LMS).
- Oversee the instructional design and continuous improvement of training programs for operations, safety, and leadership development.
- Ensure all state and regulatory licensing requirements are met and maintained across the organization.
- Maintain accountability for helping the company achieve its quality objectives through training, process adherence, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multi-branch operations, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Proven track record of delivering quality through service.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Strong data analysis and strategic decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
