Qualifications
Required
TS/SCI with appropriate Polygraph
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University
Eight (8) years experience in managing programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government, Four (4) years of which must be within the Intelligence Community.
Demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting.
Direct experience managing multi-task contracts and subcontracts of various types and complexity, as well as experience in leading a multi-vendor environment.
Active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
Desired
Excellent communications skills
Experience with leading a team of technical staff
Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and developing necessary solutions
Experience with Intelligence Community security clearance processes

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
