Collaborative design thinker needed:
You will support senior leaders in annual strategic planning to establish and validate FCC's strategic direction. Enterprise-wide strategic planning experience and corporate governance expertise are required. Working knowledge of the OKR framework is considered an asset.

What you'll do:

• Lead collaborative efforts to generate enterprise-wide strategies
• Research and employ innovative design practices
• Establish outcome metrics for short, medium and long terms
• Partner with colleagues to clarify organizational strategies and align to outcomes
• Create and maintain cross-functional networks
• Assess research and analyze business requests
• Use customer and industry insights to inform priorities and outcomes
• Liaise with senior leadership
• Compile intelligence for committees or Board members

• Knowledge of agriculture or financial services industries
• Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset
