POSITION PURPOSE:

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated individual to join the Heart Recovery finance team, supporting the V-Wave business. This senior financial analyst role will support multiple aspects of the US business including support of the US commercial organization, revenue reporting, and US FP&A activities. This position plays a critical part in revenue reporting and business decision-making, working cross-functionally with finance, commercial operations, and other key stakeholders. This position will report to the Senior Finance Manager, V-Wave US Commercial.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead monthly and quarterly WW revenue consolidation, gathering commentary, performing analytics, and preparing revenue insights for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs).
  • Manage US revenue forecasting and reporting. Develop patient-based models to enhance forecasting accuracy in partnership with the US commercial operations team.
  • Support business cases for the Contracting and Pricing Committee (CPC) with detailed financial analysis for pricing and contracting decisions.
  • Address ad-hoc revenue requests, providing clear reporting and analysis for stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and digital solutions to streamline revenue reporting and add value.
  • Support the scale up of the field selling organization with budget management and commissions process
  • Support of monthly/quarterly close activities for the US business including balance sheet reconciliations and processing of vendor payments
  • Collaboration with global services and other key stakeholders on shared financial processes
  • Participate in key Enterprise, MedTech, and Abiomed Finance initiatives, such as Organizational Health Actions, SigniFi, and process improvements.
  • Continue to support broader integration activities, including the global adoption and implementation of world-wide accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure SOX controls and GAAP compliance standards are fully met for all processes


REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting
  • 3+ years of accounting, finance or related business experience is required.
  • CPA, CMA or equivalent professional qualification are preferred.
  • Proven ability to work independently and appropriately plan, prioritize, and communicate progress on multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency to network, collaborate and generate consensus effectively in a complex environment, possessing strong social skills, promoting inclusion, and building trusting relationships with business partners across all cultures and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrate a global and enterprise-wide mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, and intellectual curiosity.
  • The preferred location for this role is Danvers, MA. There may be up to 5% travel required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000 - $124,200

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
