Every day, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, acting as their advocate within the company. - Mentor and lead a high-performing team dedicated to customer partnership excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role focused on customer partnerships or account management. (Director and above)
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
