NL-25-016 Systems Engineer

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS Electric Engineering (or other engineering related discipline) with 5+ years of industry experience in systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Familiarity with DoD programs
• Familiarity with technical requirements development, flow down, and traceability processes/baseline management
• Able to work independently and with a small team
• Self-starter who takes the initiative to solve and clearly articulate complex problems; has proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Pay attention to details and follow through to get things done
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly articulate ideas, recommendations and options to customers, senior leaders, and stakeholders
• DoD Secret clearance
• Familiarity with DoD T&E Master Plan development and maintenance
• Capable of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power point, TEAMS)

Desired Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the INCOSE processes; INCOSE certification a plus
• DoD Top Secret clearance is desired

Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. This is a full-time position in El Segundo, California. This position requires an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
