- Be responsible for complex customer projects and ensure their technical excellence and successful implementation
- Implement best practices and continuously optimize existing solutions to increase efficiency and performance, in close collaboration with the team
- Lead customer meetings, technical workshops, and solution discussions to promote solution adoption and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct customer meetings, technical workshops and solution discussions to drive adoption and increase customer satisfaction
- Coordinate technical design discussions with operations teams, product management and the Enterprise Integration Services team
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions based on established patterns, frameworks and modern technologies
- Analyze, troubleshoot and continuously optimize solution performance to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Empower customers through consulting, training and best practice recommendations to ensure effective use of services and maximum added value
- A completed apprenticeship or degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field - alternatively, an equivalent qualification with proven hands-on experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role or working with technical methodologies and frameworks
- Practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Postman, and ideally with AI/ML technologies
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex business challenges
- Knowledge of web services and API's and related programming techniques (REST/SOAP API, JSON, XML/XSL)
- Passion for emerging technologies, continuous learning, and working in an agile environment
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ambition to drive change and ensure successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit - you enjoy working cross-functionally with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
