Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

What will you do?
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, from acute injuries to post-op rehab and chronic pain
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and return-to-function strategies
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries with clarity and precision
- Collaborate with referring providers, orthopedic surgeons, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in staff meetings, clinical in-services, and mentorship initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited DPT program
- Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in Washington State
- Strong interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics and manual therapy
- Team-oriented, empathetic, and committed to delivering exceptional care
- Open to learning and growing within a positive clinic culture
