Scope:
CP Skin Health Group is seeking an SEO/SEM Media Specialist to lead the execution of our comprehensive search, programmatic, and content marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B journeys. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data, insights, and media analytics, along with expertise in digital marketing channels such as paid social, consumer publications, and affiliate marketing. This role involves leading Search Engine Marketing across all brands to enhance brand visibility, working closely with the Digital Media, Marketing, and Digital Commerce teams, as well as with paid search, SEO and content agency partners, and the Analytics team

Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $89,000.00 - $111,000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.

Scope:
CP Skin Health Group is seeking an SEO/SEM Media Specialist to lead the execution of our comprehensive search, programmatic, and content marketing strategy for both B2C and B2B journeys. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of our Paid Search, Programmatic Display/Video and SEO/content strategy by working with our agency partner.
- Leverage SEO strategy across blog and web properties to meet customers where they are looking
- Partner with the agency and the Media Team to define a SEM / keyword strategy to drive goal of increasing brand visibility
- Work independently and cross functionally to develop insights on media performance and the impact of digital advertising on overall business.
- Work with agencies and internal partners (e.g. brand steward, education team) to drive SEM and key content and engagement with users. Partnership would cover both consumer and professional user journeys. Content briefing would cover primarily brand Website, but also should include eCommerce, CRM, & social.
- Collaborate with Media team, Agency, Marketing & Digital Commerce teams to share insights / inform on-platform SEM strategy & overall media mix
- Define and drive strategic search goals/KPIs (e.g., Paid Search CPCs, Impression traffic, ROAS, retention, lifetime value) across brand initiatives and user journey opportunities.
- Play a supporting role in planning and executing the holistic digital media strategy including Consumer Publication partnership, Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social.
- 2 way sharing of best practices with global search team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with
- 4+ years of search experience with digital media channel management- SEM and SEO, programmatic display/ video. Experience working with standard search industry reporting and diagnostic tools and SEO platforms (e.g. including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, SimilarWeb, Spate and CIM)
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of how paid search/SEM interacts with display media, paid social, SEO, mobile, social, retailers and content
- Knowledge of ad-serving and bid Management technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree or MBA
- Prior working experience Experience at Client or Agency leading strategic search and planning, activation of Search (SEM and SEO), including eSearch, Skin Care or CPG experience
- Experience connecting dots between content and search drivers
- Possesses an in-depth understanding of how paid search/SEM interacts with display media, paid social, SEO, mobile, social, retailers and content
- Thrives on digital innovation, search strategies, and the evaluation of trends in a changing landscape
- Strong background in data, reporting and analytics with the ability to tell form decisions, tell a story and influence with data
- Leader and team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to collaborate, and particularly with diverse cultures
