Position Summary
This position is responsible for the development of market-leading product and program strategies that balance enterprise and local market goals for growth and profitability, coupled with consultative guidance to ensure optimal product positioning.

Responsibilities Include:

- Thorough understanding of local market dynamics, including competitive landscape, regulatory requirements, and provider network arrangements

- Maintain market-specific product portfolios that align with enterprise and local market strategies for sales and retention

- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements

- Provide support to local market teams (Sales, Account Management and Sales Support) to address and resolve barriers to sale, which will include consultative guidance for specific sales opportunities

- Represent local market voice in development of new products & programs

- Provide education / training for market and business partner teams, including development of specialized resource materials

- Leverage knowledge of competitive threats to provide strategic product positioning guidance

- Formulate data-driven recommendations to improve mitigate adverse trends

- Lead cross-functional teams in executing product-related initiatives

- Represent team in forums and projects outside the Commercial Product organization

- Maintain knowledge of trends impacting the healthcare industry

- Leverage technology to improve efficiency and speed to market

*Position may sit anywhere remote or hybrid depending on candidate location and proximity to a major hub location.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years' experience working in health care benefits, plan design, administration, financial arrangements

- Intellectual curiosity to unlock new solutions to business challenges

- Experience interpreting healthcare data and business financials to derive strategic recommendations
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

- Project Management

- Experience with AI tools & capabilities

Education

- Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$75,400.00 - $182,549.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
