What You Will Do:
- Ensure project success, facilitate open communication, conduct project meetings, act as primary point of contact with the Government, and schedule activities.
- Champion the use of agile delivery techniques to plan and execute all tasks.
- Lead efforts to prepare sprint plans outlining assignments with descriptions of work to be completed and estimated number of hours to be worked.
- Support requirements gathering and backlog grooming activities.
- Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
- Perform enterprise-wide horizontal integration planning and interfaces to other functional systems.
- Directs completion of tasks within estimated timeframes and budget constraints.
What You Need:
- 10+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years managing federal contracts.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Proven success managing $1-3M software development efforts.
- Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary agile teams in modernization efforts.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk management, budget oversight, and reporting.
- Ability to work closely with the government COR and PHMSA O&M to ensure smooth transition and sustainment.
- Familiarity with Jira/Confluence and Agile reporting tools.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
