What You'll Do:
- Lead and Innovate:Take charge of project-related issues and ensure timely monthly schedule updates.
- Strategize and Execute:Distribute pre-bid RFIs and assist in determining the contracting strategy for the project.
- Quality Assurance:Schedule and follow through with activities in the quality plan to ensure top-notch project delivery.
- Facilitate and Collaborate:Lead project meetings with a focus on fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
- Manage and Mentor:Establish and manage all project procedures, supervise other Project Engineers, and mentor less experienced team members.
- Experienced Professionals:Proven experience as a Project Engineer, especially with DSA and community college projects.
- Versatile Expertise: Background in K-12 and commercial building projects.
- Strong Communicators:Excellent verbal presentation and written skills.
- Team Players:Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Tech-Savvy:Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and a solid understanding of Contract Documents, Specifications, and cost reports.
- Construction and Design Gurus:Extensive knowledge of all facets of construction and design.
- Leadership Opportunities:Lead by example and inspire your team with your expertise and dedication.
- Attention to Detail:Showcase your meticulous attention to documentation, detail, and accuracy.
- Problem-Solving:Utilize your analytical skills to resolve issues and drive project success.
