The Enterprise Data Management Team at Tyson Foods is developing master data management, governance and quality processes that will ensure data throughout the organization and around the globe is complete, valid, and accurate. We are building analytics governance capabilities that are changing the way this company views and utilizes data to help drive our business forward. How can I be part of Enterprise Data Management @ Tyson?
As the IT Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our data products, with a focus on Customer and Supplier Master Data. Your responsibilities will include defining and prioritizing features, enhancements, and improvements to our data model and master data applications based on user feedback. You will document requirements and perform testing to ensure accurate delivery of system enhancements.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including customer service, sales, and procurement, to ensure that master data meets our business needs. Additionally, you will coordinate with business teams to document data quality requirements and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure data quality performance and success. Analyzing processes to identify areas for improvement will be a key part of your role.
You will drive a culture of continuous improvement, iterating on data management product features and processes based on user feedback and data best practices. Collaboration with product management peers and other stakeholders to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned will contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You may also be engaged in special projects related to other application implementation initiatives that utilize master data.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 5+ years of relevant and practical master data or stewardship experience.
