With a brand-new location now open in Omaha, we're looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Security Systems Technician to help us build the local operation.
This is a ground-floor opportunity with leadership potential, competitive pay, and full support. You'll work on medium to large-scale commercial security projects involving access control, video management, intrusion detection, and networking.

With a brand-new location now open in Omaha, we're looking for a motivated, experienced Senior Security Systems Technician to help us build the local operation.
This is a ground-floor opportunity with leadership potential, competitive pay, and full support. You'll work on medium to large-scale commercial security projects involving access control, video management, intrusion detection, and networking.
What's In It for You :
- $43-$50/hour, based on experience
- Company vehicle, laptop, phone, tools provided

- Work with top-tier tech: Genetec, Milestone, Axis, Bosch
- Travel paid to other U.S. project sites (Ohio, North Carolina, etc.)
- Room to grow into lead tech or project management roles
- Autonomy, respect, and a small-team feel-no micromanaging
- Install and commission access control, CCTV, alarm, and intercom systems
- Wire strikes, cameras, cabinets, power supplies, and network gear
- Build racks, run cabling, and prepare systems for deployment
- Program IP-based video and access systems (Genetec, Milestone, etc.)
- Set up and configure servers (Windows, SQL, networking/switching)
- Troubleshoot and service installed systems
- Work with site supervisors, general contractors, and customers professionally
- Interpret wiring diagrams and electrical drawings
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in security systems installation and service
- Solid experience with access control, CCTV, and low-voltage wiring
- Working knowledge of IT/networking, Windows Server, and SQL
- Familiarity with Genetec, Avigilon, Milestone, Bosch, or similar platforms
- Ability to work solo and as part of a small, fast-paced team
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
Bonus If You Have:
- Certifications with Genetec, Axis, Bosch, or similar
- 2-year degree in electronics, IT, or networking
- NICET or low-voltage licensing (or willing to earn it)
