How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Business Development Senior Manager specializing in Data Sales for Retail and Dining Verticals, you will play a pivotal role in driving Epsilon's growth within these sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and close new business deals with leading retail and dining brands, leveraging your expertise in data solutions to meet their unique needs. Reporting to the Vice President of Business Development, you will collaborate with internal teams-including legal, data strategy, Client Growth, Product and Marketing-as well as external partners to deliver tailored data-driven solutions.
This position offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to Epsilon's strategic expansion in retail and dining by fostering long-term relationships with senior decision-makers at high-profile brands. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of data-driven marketing in these industries while enhancing your professional growth through exposure to cutting-edge data products, cross-functional collaboration, and mentorship.

Base Salary: $130,500 - $159,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

- Shape Solutions: Provide client feedback to guide the development of future data offerings for retail and dining brands.
- Expand Market Reach: Identify and pursue new opportunities to strengthen Epsilon's position within these key verticals.
Who You Are & Qualifications Required:
- 10+ years of proven success in a high-performing sales role, specializing in data or related fields.
- A strategic and results-oriented "hunter" with a passion for prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
- Deep understanding of long sales cycles, with the ability to establish milestones and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at delivering compelling presentations to diverse, senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com for detailed account management and documentation.
- Expertise in foundational data sales, supporting analytics and audience selections for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree required.
