QA/Test Manager 3

I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The Agency requires the services of 2 QA/Test Manager 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of QA/Test Manager 3, Quality Assurance (QA) and Testing and the specifications outlined below for the Agency.

• The role of the software test manager is to lead the testing team.
• Test Manager plays a central role in the Team.
• The Test Manager takes full responsibility for the project's success.
• The role involves quality & test advocacy, resource planning & management, and resolution of issues that impede the testing effort.
• QA3 Engineer will be responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of test scripts for both automated and manual testing of EHR application.
• Experience preparing UAT test cases aligning them with business requirements conducting walk through with stakeholders to ensure clarity,
• Tracks test case execution and provide reporting.

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Required Experience

• 9 yrs - Writing and executing test cases; creating test plans
• 9 yrs - SAAS product testing, software usability concepts, and SDLC
• 9 yrs - Managing the testing process: test plans, cases, data (manual + automated)
• 9 yrs - Generating manual and automated test scripts to support business needs
• 9 yrs - Writing/testing scripts in EHR (practice management, clinical, interfaces, billing)
• 9 yrs - QA automation and scripting using UFT (Unified Functional Testing)
• 9 yrs - Writing complex SQL queries and performing database validation
• 9 yrs - Generating manual and automated test scripts for business requirements
• 9 yrs - Performing various types of testing: unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, load/performance
• 9 yrs - Responding to program-related inquiries; presenting complex technical info
• 9 yrs - Collaborating with stakeholders and IT teams on EHR implementation and coordination
• 9 yrs - Using automated tools like Katalon, Selenium, ALM, UFT
• 9 yrs - Developing detailed test cases for EHR system user roles
• 9 yrs - Creating metrics to measure app quality and track defects
• 9 yrs - Mentoring and training QA team on EHR testing, workflows, and data migration

Preferred Experience

• 4 yrs - Conducting API testing and automation
• 3 yrs - Working with HL7 FHIR standards
• 3 yrs - Knowledge of object-oriented programming
• 3 yrs - Load/performance testing
• 3 yrs - Experience working in a state agency
