Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO and executive leadership in planning, executing, and tracking strategic business initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and materials
  • Participate in leadership meetings, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations on key initiatives.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, correspondence, and project coordination
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and support strategic decision-making processes.
About You
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and supporting senior leadership preferred.
