Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust operational safety, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and cost control programs.
- Adopt cutting-edge process designs, technologies, and methods to maximize operational efficiency.
- Plan and forecast resources to ensure sufficient manufacturing capacity to support Resodyn's business goals.
- Lead change management initiatives and provide strong, visionary leadership to your teams.
- Ensure a strong cross-training and skills development program is in place for both production and support functions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ABET-accredited), with a Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of manufacturing and warehouse supervisory/management experience in a high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- US Citizenship is required.
