Position Details
This individual will have minimum of 5 years of real estate transactional experience including representing clients in commercial leasing, sale/acquisition, finance and real estate development transactions. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a thriving and accomplished real estate practice and collegial work environment.
Responsibilities
Handle heavy deal volume within the corporate and real estate teams.
Manage real estate due diligence for sale and purchase and financing transactions.
Manage complex closings of real estate sale and purchase deals.
Salary
Base compensation will vary based on level of experience, skills and education. Associate compensation range $180,000-250,000. Associate Attorneys are also eligible for objective (quarterly), source (monthly) and annual discretionary incentives based on performance.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in real estate transactions as a licensed attorney.
Experience with a wide range of real estate transactions including purchase and sale, financing, leasing, title and survey review, business structure and/or joint venture agreements/operating agreements.
Effective negotiations experience in complex real estate transactions.
Strong drafting experience of purchase and sales agreements related to complex commercial real estate transactions.
Must have solid legal writing skills, analytical and ability to build relationships.
Excellent communication and writing skills, attention to detail and strong academic credentials.
