Position Overview
Continuum is searching for a highly skilled eDiscovery analyst who implements data mining processes by identifying, collecting, reviewing and exchanging electronically stored information for legal or investigative purposes. The eDiscovery analyst receives, triages, manages, data mines, and tracks case requests and litigations from Congressional inquiries, Litigation, Office of Inspector General Investigations, Office of General Counsel, U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board inquires, Executive Management, Equal Employment Opportunity inquiries, Freedom Of Information Act inquiries, and administrative investigations. Provides Tape Discovery services that require coordination with various VA sites. Supports ITOPS in developing policies, procedures, and processes including written and process flow maps.

Key Responsibilities
- Compilation of data from eDiscovery, and preparation of inputs into larger reports.
- Performs assessments and projections as part of analysis process.
- Analyzes factors and components of complex systems to recommend and institute changes to increase efficiency.
- Plans studies of work problems and procedures, such as organizational changes, communication, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis.
- Recommends improvements of modifications in sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related matters.
- Examines and analyzes current and contemplated operations for developing, defining, and coordinating user requirements which will satisfy the total program need.
- Translates user requirements into system specifications, configuration management plans, life cycle management documentation, and integrated logistics support plans and related operational summaries.
- Writes specifications manuals and user documentation for client or user personnel.
- Gathers information from users, defines work problems, and designs a system and procedures to resolve problems.
- May be assigned responsibility for the management of the function, including associated staff.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, digital forensics, or data management.
- Working knowledge of eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Nuix, etc.).
- Familiarity with legal hold tools and data preservation strategies.
- Understanding of data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- U.S. Citizen/Green Card Holder
