Description:

Gather business, functional, and non functional, SLAs

Introduce and refine Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) tailored to the orgs needs

coach teams on agile best practices to ensure adherence to agile principles and practices

Design and implement Kanban boards to visualize work, limit work in progress and optimize flow.

Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in workflows, leading to more efficient task completion.

Provide training on managing Kanban systems for better real time visibility and faster decision making.

Coordinate and run workshops for collecting , discovering business needs, and mediating business units that may be conflicting requirements.

Document requirements and get sign off from business teams

Explore and help technical team to discover patterns, relationships in business data entities, documenting business requirements and system design using agency approved formats

Develop technical specifications include STM, reporting requirements or data content requirements. also help document how the users are expected to interact with the data and the purposes served by the data.

Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Implement agile backlog grooming practices to ensure tasks are ready for upcoming iterations.

Use elimination techniques to help the team understand backlog priorities and capacity for upcoming iterations.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, spring planning, retrospectives) to drive continuous improvement.

Establish and monitor agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, burn down charts) to track team performance and identify areas for improvement.

Facilitate transparent communication between developments teams and stakeholders to align on project goals and progress

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular retrospectives and identifying actionable insights.
