Title: Human Resources Manager, Bilingual
Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000

As our Human Resources Manager, you will lead and implement all core human resources
functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,
training and development, payroll, and compliance with labor laws. This role combines
strategic leadership with hands-on execution, playing a key part in shaping a positive
workplace culture and driving organizational success. It requires a proactive, resourceful
leader who brings both vision and follow-through, comfortable making big-picture decisions
while also managing the details that keep HR operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and mission.
Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly and salaried positions.
Manage employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and
disciplinary actions.
Supervise HR field managers to ensure consistent, compliant HR practices across all
locations.
Process payroll accurately, review timecards for compliance, and ensure adherence
to all applicable wage and hour laws.
Design and implement training, performance management, and safety programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including Californiaspecific
requirements such as PAGA and ACA documentation.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Five or more years in a senior-level HR role, with experience supervising HR staff or
leading HR initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of California labor laws and compliance standards, including
wage and hour regulations.
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
Proven ability to apply and manage proactive compliance strategies related to the
Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA).
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with performance management and employee development
programs.
Proficiency in payroll processing systems and digital timekeeping platforms.
Strong reporting and tracking skills using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
