Job Description:
We are seeking a Unified Communications Analyst who would be responsible for supporting the planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise communication systems, with a focus on EVoIP and Avaya technologies. This role involves conducting site assessments, identifying deployment requirements, and managing post-installation support and documentation. The analyst will also work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Unified Communications Analyst who would be responsible for supporting the planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise communication systems, with a focus on EVoIP and Avaya technologies. This role involves conducting site assessments, identifying deployment requirements, and managing post-installation support and documentation. The analyst will also work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure system reliability and performance.
Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Active Top-Secret Clearance with the capability of obtaining SCI/CI Poly
- Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Washington DC
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related IT Management or equivalent
- 5+ years of computer science or information systems experience
- Hands-on experience with Avaya systems and EVoIP technologies.
- Familiarity with Microsoft TAC processes for technical troubleshooting and support escalation.
- Competence in using Power BI or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
- Strong documentation and communication skills, especially related to training and system installation procedures.
- Ability to work independently during site visits and collaboratively with deployment and support teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IT infrastructure assessments or VoIP deployments.
- Knowledge of inventory control systems or asset tracking tools.
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and create user-facing training materials.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed site surveys to assess infrastructure readiness and deployment requirements.
- Identify necessary equipment and components for communication system installations.
- Maintain and update configuration and installation trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform installation, testing, documentation, and user training for newly deployed solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Enterprise Voice over IP (EVoIP) systems to maintain system uptime and performance.
- Proactively identify and respond to potential issues to prevent or minimize service disruptions.
- Support inventory management and ensure accurate tracking of communication assets and equipment.
- Provide assistance to Operations & Maintenance (O&M) teams as needed, including technical support and process improvement initiatives.
