Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000

POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of new specialty pharmacy product launch within the organization. This role will focus on project management and working with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to ensure a successful launch for our partner manufacturer(s). In addition, this role will serve as the primary account manager for the client manufacturer during the first 90 days after the launch within the organization before handing off the relationship to the long-term program manager. This role will also analyze business problems and processes and consult and assist in developing solutions. The role requires consistent travel for business reviews, manufacturer meetings, and other business engagements as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & TRAINING

  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Account Management preferably in Specialty Pharmacy space.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented skills demonstrated.
  • Experience in healthcare or Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Experience in team building and change management.
  • Working knowledge of process improvement and project management tools.
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to present to senior management on sensitive topics.
  • Documented experience in project management.


  • ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Lead cross-functional team to develop and implement custom programs for Pharma partners and/or for new specialty pharmacy product launches. This includes designing clinical and operational processes to support needs of product, leading internal cross-functional team to ensure successful product launch.
  • Function as account manager for manufacturers undergoing launch during pre-launch period and for 90 days after launch.
  • Assist in implementation of manufacturer-related initiatives outside of launch timeline.
