About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing team in Los Angeles. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, drive talent development, and build a thriving workplace culture. You'll be a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping shape the people strategy during a period of exciting growth and transformation.
What You'll Do
Strategic HR Planning
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Talent Management
  • Partner with managers to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
  • Develop career pathways and succession plans to support long-term growth.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
  • Champion a positive, inclusive, and communicative work culture.
Performance Management
  • Guide performance review cycles and coach leaders on feedback and goal setting.
  • Ensure consistency, fairness, and development-focused performance practices.
Organizational Development
  • Assess organizational needs and recommend solutions to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  • Support change initiatives including restructures, M&As, and team optimization.
HR Analytics
  • Leverage people data and trends to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
HR Policy & Compliance
  • Stay current on employment law and industry standards.
  • Create and maintain compliant, scalable HR policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For

10-15 years of experience in HR or People Partner roles
7-10 years specializing in HR Business Partnering
Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize HR practices and solve complex business challenges
