In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals, drive talent development, and build a thriving workplace culture. You'll be a strategic advisor and hands-on partner, helping shape the people strategy during a period of exciting growth and transformation.

10-15 years of experience in HR or People Partner roles
7-10 years specializing in HR Business Partnering
Strategic mindset with the ability to optimize HR practices and solve complex business challenges

What You'll Do
Strategic HR Planning
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Talent Management
- Partner with managers to address workforce planning and talent development needs.
- Develop career pathways and succession plans to support long-term growth.
- Serve as a trusted contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and communicative work culture.
- Guide performance review cycles and coach leaders on feedback and goal setting.
- Ensure consistency, fairness, and development-focused performance practices.
- Assess organizational needs and recommend solutions to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
- Support change initiatives including restructures, M&As, and team optimization.
- Leverage people data and trends to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay current on employment law and industry standards.
- Create and maintain compliant, scalable HR policies and procedures.
