Part of the Product Marketing team for Mailchimp, the Technology Partnerships team is responsible for listening to the market, uncovering customer insights, identifying opportunities that influence the product integrations roadmap, and developing go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and integration adoption.
We are seeking a seasoned Principal Marketing Manager to join the Technology Partnerships Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking self-starter who has experience translating customer insights into marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, and who can successfully navigate through ambiguity to drive meaningful action. You'll be challenged to think boldly, move fast, and have a big impact on accelerating the impact of integrations for Mailchimp. You'll partner closely with the larger Technology Partner organization as well as Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and many others. To be successful you will bring a mix of strategic vision, communication skills, collaborative mindset, and product launch experience - having worked in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments crafted to move with velocity.

Responsibilities
- Technology Partner Co-Marketing GTM Plans: Develop, execute, and measure the success of several technology partner marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with our key technology partners to meet and exceed our short and long term business goals.
- Strategic Partner Value Propositions: Hone differentiated, insights based value propositions for several strategic partner integrations by developing deep understanding of the market opportunity, customer segments, competitors, business models, and positioning.
- Learning Plan Development: Contribute to research and testing plans and actively analyze business data from multiple sources to generate insights, build business cases, and make informed decisions that drive business results.
- Cross-functional Partnership: Partner deeply cross-functionally to influence the product and GTM roadmaps and execute awesome end-to-end customer experiences with Product Management, Research, Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, Events, and others.
- Culture Contributor: Contribute to a high-performing culture and share go-to-market best practices that up-level the team's marketing craft
