Job Summary

Job Duties
- Develops enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement within current business units
- Leads high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform Molina's operating model
- Conducts rigorous analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting
- Stays abreast of healthcare trends and generates national and local market insights
- Provides extensive support and collaboration with the Company's executive leadership team
Job Qualifications
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Masters Degree or other advanced degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience
- Understanding of the drivers and strategies across functions in managed care organizations (MCOs) as well as broad knowledge of the healthcare industry
- Strategy experience and ability to frame strategic challenges with research and synthesis and draw out solutions and create action plans
- Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously
- Intellectual agility and ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to effectively collaborate with business unit leaders, subject matter experts, and external stakeholders
- Strong quantitative aptitude, analytical capabilities, problem solving skills and commercial acumen
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- At least 10 years of demonstrated experience aligned to job duties
