Job Description

As the leader of our client facing project management organization, you will have responsibility for:
  • Leading and evolving a high-performing team with deep expertise in project management, solution integration, client contracts, deliverables, and business operations to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for Oracle EHR solutions.
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement within the Project Management function to elevate performance and service delivery.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with matrixed leaders to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Providing strategic leadership in hiring, mentoring, and developing team members to build a strong and resilient organization.
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support career development planning.
  • Optimizing resource allocation through effective capacity planning and workforce management.
  • Fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous process improvement to deliver added value to clients and the business.
  • Ensuring full compliance with organizational policies while meeting client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Establishing and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
  • Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients to support successful project delivery.
  • Leading a team of implementation consultants and project managers to ensure a smooth and successful implementation experience for Oracle EHR solutions.
  • Acting as the primary consulting point of escalation for client implementation-related concerns, ensuring thorough issue tracking, prioritization, and resolution.
  • Guiding team members through challenging client scenarios and facilitate one-on-one development sessions to support individual growth plans.
  • Designing and implement process improvement initiatives across the implementation lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders to manage client expectations during and post-contracting.
  • Managing strategic staffing plans to ensure optimal resource deployment and workload balance.
  • Providing regular updates to senior leadership, product teams, and delivery organizations on program progress and responsibilities.
  • Developing a deep understanding of internal operations and business strategies to inform decisions and guide cross-functional collaboration.
  • Building and sustain relationships across the organization to maintain compliance, identify opportunities for improvement, and scale initiatives as needed.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert, driving collaboration and alignment across internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of consulting services senior management experience with P & L responsibility
  • 6-10 years consulting or industry experience
  • Direct line Management experience including project, people, customer, financial management preferred
  • Product, technology or industry expertise relevant to the practice focus
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships at the executive level
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
  • MBA degree preferred
  • EMR experience required
  • Federal EMR experience preferred

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $158,700 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
