Job Type: Full Time

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Job Duties:
- Provide direct psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
- Engage in continuing education and regular team meetings to stay informed and connected.
Requirements
- Active LMFT license in good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).
- Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred (pre-licensed candidates may be considered for supervised roles).
- Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive, trauma-informed care.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
- Experience with children, adolescents, or high-conflict couples
