DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST
Join RALLY's Digital Team as a Digital Content Specialist and shape impactful digital communications campaigns for our clients. You'll be a key player in driving issue advocacy through innovative content strategies and tactics across various account teams. We're looking for a creative and independent thinker with strong project ownership to lead research, content creation, reporting, and social media management. Proven expertise in ideating and creating engaging video and graphic content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, YouTube, and Twitch is essential. If you're a strategic, creative, and client-focused individual who thrives managing projects independently across multiple accounts, we encourage you to apply.
As a Digital Content Specialist at RALLY, your days will be anything but routine. You could start by strategically managing a client's content calendar, then dive into researching emerging digital trends. You might spend the afternoon editing a high-impact Reel for social media. Other days could involve analyzing the performance of recent social media campaigns, connecting with your team, and contributing your creative insights to time-sensitive new business proposals. You'll also gain experience in coordinating video shoots, writing engaging content scripts, and collaborating directly with clients on approvals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on account teams for multiple clients, including leading more complex digital content projects with the support of the account lead
- Anticipate client needs, as well as internal team needs on a daily basis
- Contribute to the development of digital content strategies for account teams, support progress towards key metrics and broader campaign goals, utilizing innovative tactics that drive high engagement and move people to action
- Develop content calendars and manage the production of content for a variety of digital channels, with a strong focus on social media
- Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, campaign performance, and competitive intelligence analysis
- Manage third-party vendors as needed, including website development, freelance designers, advertisers, and video production teams
- Help build client capacity through training on digital tools and trends
- Develop training for RALLY internal staff on digital tools and best practices
- Support business development, draft proposals, and participate in pitch meetings as needed
- Monitor digital and cultural trends, current events, and mobilization opportunities across accounts
- Attending regular staff, team, and client meetings, and providing input and feedback on business improvement, including the craft of client service, staff development, and office procedures
- Contribute to strategic growth and brand positioning for the firm overall
QUALIFICATIONS
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience
- Three to six years of experience in digital communications, social media content management, or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, and proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving and collaborative agency environment
- Strong understanding of digital concepts and tactics, including visual and written content creation
- Experience collecting and analyzing metrics and analytics for campaigns
- Strong computer skills, experience with Google Workspace, Canva or Adobe Express (or similar content creation platform), Microsoft Office Suite, and a working knowledge of other web-based tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram (particularly Reels), Snapchat, YouTube, or Twitch
- Familiarity with major LLMs and the field of generative AI, including the ability to utilize AI tools to generate and enhance content, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and high journalistic standards
- Ability to successfully organize, prioritize, and manage project workflow, juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Ability to communicate complex issues in a relatable and engaging manner, with a strong point of view
- Innovative, creative, tenacious, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, optimism, a go-getter attitude, and flexibility in approach to project assignments
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
