We're seeking a highly motivated GTM Systems Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our Salesforce and HubSpot instances. This person will be the operational backbone of our GTM tech stack, supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams by ensuring data integrity, streamlining processes, and driving automation across systems.

Responsibilities
    • Salesforce Administration: Own and maintain our Salesforce environment (Sales Cloud, CPQ) to align system architecture with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and workflows
    • Manage core functionality including users, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, validation rules, flows, and automation
    • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that surface insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders
    • HubSpot Management: Administer and optimize our HubSpot marketing automation platform to support lead lifecycle management, nurture workflows, and campaign attributionOversee the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce, including field mapping, sync logic, and maintaining data quality
    • GTM Application Management: Oversee and administer key third-party applications, such as Gong, Clearbit, DocuSign, and LinkedIn Sales NavigatorSupport and maintain the quoting process within Logik.ai, ensuring pricing, product configuration, and approvals align with sales and revenue policiesEvaluate new tools and lead implementation efforts in collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Process Automation & Optimization: Partner with GTM leadership to identify and implement automated solutions that enhance team efficiency and effectiveness throughout the sales process
    • Implement scalable solution to automate lead routing, improve pipeline hygiene, streamline pipeline management, and enhance handoffs between Go-To-Market teams (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Customer Success)
    • System Governance & Data Integrity: Define and implement a GTM system governance model to ensure proactive, routine maintenance of Salesforce, HubSpot, and connected tools
    • Develop an understanding of each platform's capabilities and advise stakeholders on underutilized features, and translate recommendations into a prioritized systems roadmap
    • Maintain clear system documentation to support both admin users and end-users in effectively navigating and utilizing GTM tools
    • Maintain data accuracy across platforms through routine audits, deduplication, and enrichment practices
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps teams to ensure systems and processes support team goals and business outcomes.
    • Serve as a go-to resource for GTM systems support and troubleshooting.
    • Special Project Ownership: Leverage business analysis skills to distill business requirements into solution design
    • Consult the business on optimal solutions and system design, ensuring a scalable architecture that aligns with SaaS industry best practices
    • Own project management activities related to special projects assigned


Qualifications
    • 3+ years of experience administering Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; CPQ a plus).
    • 1+ year of hands-on experience managing HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
    • Proficiency in building and optimizing Salesforce workflows, reports, dashboards, and automations.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations, including funnel metrics and lifecycle stages.
    • Experience managing GTM tech stack integrations (e.g.Gong, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.).
    • Excellent project management and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
    • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred. HubSpot certification is a plus.
    • Bonus: Experience with Apex, Flow Builder, or other development/configuration tools.


The compensation for this role starts at $78,000.

Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Through our interview process, we will review your background, market data, and use a mix of technical and qualitative assessments to determine where you fall in our range. We will talk about compensation in our first conversation and be transparent throughout our process.
